With the project βGreen Pathways: Empowering NEET Youth for a Sustainable Future (GENYOUS)β, you will travel to Romania, meet young people from across Europe, and gain the skills to make a real difference in your community.

π About the Project
This Erasmus+ initiative is designed to empower young people with the knowledge and tools to take part in the green economy. Participants will:
- Discover green entrepreneurship, recycling, upcycling, and climate action.
- Explore social economy structures linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
- Develop entrepreneurial, digital, and creative skills through non-formal education.
- Join an international network of young people who want to create change.
π Who Can Join This Erasmus+ Opportunity?
We are looking for 4 participants from Greece (18+ years old) who are:
β Interested in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and green innovation
β Motivated to join workshops, team activities, and cultural exchange
β Open to intercultural learning and collaboration
β Able to communicate in basic English
No previous Erasmus+ experience is required β first-time participants are especially encouraged to apply!

π Travel Adventure for Greek Participants
This Erasmus+ journey starts the moment we leave Athens!
- Departure from Athens: 22 October 2025
- Return to Athens: 31 October 2025
- We will travel together by car, turning the road trip into part of the project.
- On the way to Romania, we will spend one night in Sofia, Bulgaria, with sightseeing included π.
- On the way back, the group will decide whether to stay in Sofia, Bansko, or another location for one more cultural stop.
πΆ The trip by car is fully covered by the sending organization.
Participants only need to cover the cost of the overnight stays in Sofia/Bansko (approx. 20β50β¬ total per person for both ways).
π‘ Accommodation in Romania
During the Erasmus+ project in FocΘani, participants will be accommodated at Romeo Hotel, Strada MΔrΔΘeΘti 58.
Accommodation, meals, and all project activities are 100% funded by Erasmus+.
