How to Incorporate Microgreens into Your Beauty Routine – Part 1/4

how to incorporate microgreens in beauty routine

Healthy, radiant, glowing skin, sounds good, right?

Microgreens are quickly becoming an active ingredient in skincare because they’re packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that nourish and protect your skin. The best part? You don’t need expensive products—you can easily introduce microgreens into your beauty routine at home.

Today, let’s look at two simple ways to use them: masks and smoothies.

Microgreen masks

One of the easiest DIY beauty treatments with microgreens is a nourishing face mask. Microgreens are loaded with:

  • Vitamins A & B: boost acne healing & balance oil production
  • Vitamin K: reduces puffiness & evens skin tone
  • Potassium & carotene: prevent dryness
  • Vitamin C (ascorbic acid): strengthens blood vessels & helps skin look youthful

Why Spinach Microgreens?

Spinach microgreens are especially beneficial for mature, dry, or flaky skin, but oily and combination skin can also reap their benefits. They’re rich in Vitamins B3, B6, K, E, C, plus antioxidants and organic acids that restore vitality.

Here are 3 DIY spinach microgreen masks, from easiest to most advanced:
