01What we bring to your partnership

Concrete roles we take on in your work packages — each one a reason your application scores higher and your project is easier to deliver.

Hosting & delivery in Greece

We host your exchanges, training courses and activities in Athens — a prepared venue, full logistics and an experienced team on the ground, so your mobility work package runs smoothly.

We recruit and prepare motivated Greek participants and youth workers, and run pre-departure and group preparation — a recruitment work package you can rely on.

Non-formal education design & delivery

We design and deliver experiential, non-formal learning that turns your project’s themes into hands-on activities with clear, documented learning outcomes.

A distinctive innovation edge

Our educational tools — microgreens, mycelium, solar and drones — embed the EU green and digital priorities in your activities and give the application a genuine, citable point of innovation.

Dissemination & visibility

We disseminate results through multilingual channels and our open library at microgreens.org.gr — a credible dissemination work package that keeps outcomes visible and reusable.

Accredited, on-time delivery

An EU-accredited NGO active since 2017, with delivered KA1 and KA210 projects — we complete our work packages on time and document them properly.

Low-commitment first steps

Not ready for a multi-year project? Start smaller.

A single exchange

Start with one youth exchange.

A short youth exchange (typically one to two weeks) is a low-risk way to work together first — we host your group in Athens, or join yours abroad, and build the relationship from there before a bigger partnership.

Featured project · KA1 Youth-worker training

Growing a Healthy Future with Microgreens

The context: our first activity under the KA1 Youth accreditation — a training course bringing youth workers from across Europe to Athens. What we did: we hosted the group, recruited and prepared participants, and delivered hands-on, microgreens-based non-formal education sessions. The outcome: 30 youth workers from 5 countries trained, with public results — a report, a photo set, and a reusable classroom toolkit — that other organisations can use and build on.

A partner’s word

What a partner organisation says

“EVEC has been our partner since 2018, and our organisations are now part of each other’s accreditations. Every year they send us excellent participants, and every year they host ours in Athens. We’re growing side by side — and there’s nothing better than growing with like-minded people who share the same vision: empowering young people with European values.”

Partner FAQ

The practical questions you ask before you put a partner in your application — answered straight.

Is EVEC accredited and eligible to join my Erasmus+ Youth project?

Yes. EVEC holds Erasmus+ KA1 Youth accreditation (2023-1-EL02-KA150-YOU-000188397) and an ESC Quality Label (2023-1-EL02-ESC50-QLA-000195138), both valid to 2027 — an eligible, low-risk partner for the full duration of your project.

Which Key Actions can EVEC partner on?

KA1 youth exchanges, KA1 training courses and mobility of youth workers, KA210 small-scale partnerships, and KA220 cooperation partnerships.

What will EVEC contribute — and will you help write your part?

We take on concrete work packages — hosting, participant recruitment, non-formal education, green and digital tools, and dissemination — and we co-draft our own sections, giving you the activity descriptions, methodology and figures you need so our contribution is written to score.

What do you provide so we can add EVEC to the application?

Everything you need, fast: our OID (E10172681), PIC (909448430), legal-entity details, and a signed Partner Information Form (PIF) and mandate — on request and comfortably before your deadline, usually within 48 hours of agreeing to partner.

How are budget and costs handled?

Erasmus+ cooperation partnerships are funded by a lump sum. We agree a fair share for the work packages we deliver — no hidden costs and no up-front fee — and we’re paid from the project grant, like any partner.

How reliable is EVEC on delivery and reporting?

We’ve delivered KA1 and KA210 projects on time, with public results and proper documentation. We manage our own activities, evidence and reporting, so you’re never carrying our part of the project.

What if the application isn’t approved?

No cost and no obligation. We’re glad to refine the idea and reapply in the next round, or adapt it for a different call — building a partnership that works is the point.

How quickly do you respond, and how do we start?

Within 48 hours. Send your idea, Key Action and timeline through the form below and we’ll reply with honest feedback and the next step.
